Seventh Generation Clean with Purpose Free and Clear Dishwasher Detergent Pods, 28.5 oz, 45 Count

This is the only fragrance-free dishwasher detergent I have found in my area. I was SO disappointed and frustrated when my local Walmart stopped carrying it. Fortunately, I CAN still order it. I have been very pleased with this detergent from the first time I used it. It gets the dishes clean and does NOT infuse my plastics with an odor which then transfers to the food inside!

I noticed that a lot of other reviewers were saying that this dishwasher detergent was leaving behind a lot of powder. I was really nervous that the same would happen to me because we have such hard water out where I live. I tried it in the first full load right after I received this and my dishes came out sparkling with no cloudiness or residue at all! They are beautiful! (See attached picture) Now, granted, I do rinse all of my dishes before loading them in and this claims to reduce the need for that but honestly I think it could do it! It has a lot of cleaning power and cuts through my hard water with ease. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the free and clear detergent and absolutely love it. I wash my toddler's plates, baby bottles and pump parts in the dishwasher and this detergent doesn't leave any smells on the silicone plates and the pump parts.

I was so happy to see that seventh generation had dishwasher pods, I love there other natural products because they are both effective and don't contain harsh chemicals. I found that these dishwasher tabs work just as well as the other brands and aren't as harsh. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product out because I like their rinse dry liquid. Upon opening the package I noticed that the pod is smaller than what I usually use. I don't think it did a bad job washing my dishes but I definitely prefer another brand over this one.

Bought these and they were great, until they left a thick white powder all over the inside of my dishwasher. It appears in my dishes as well, and IT DOESN'T COME OFF! My dishwasher is ruined!!

I literally used this one time and it ruined half of my dishes. My glasses, tupperware, and silverware are completely caked in white residue. I tried re-washing them in the dishwasher with cascade, and hand washing with vinegar and baking soda with no luck. the inside of our dishwasher is now covered in the white residue as well. So frustrating that using ONE pod just cost me over 150 dollars to replace my dishes. Do not buy, and this honestly turned me off from the company as we use laundry detergent and dryer sheets, soap, baby products etc. Do not buy!

SERIOUSLY TRIED DISHWASHER CLEANER, ADDITIVES, RINSE AID, AND THIS IS A NEW DISHWASHER!! THIS STUPID DETERGENT DESTROYED MY DISHWASHER AND IT TOOK 15 WASHES WITH CASCADE TO GET BACK TO NORMAL. THIS IS TRASH AND THE ONLY THING THEY MAKE WORSE THAN THE LAUNDRY DRYER SHEETS. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS I LOVE THEIR OTHER PRODUCTS.

I've had success with other brands of free and clear pods in my dishwasher, but these pods leave tons of residue on glass items, especially those on the top rack of the dishwasher. Very disappointing when you have to hand scrub half the items that come out of your dishwasher after the wash cycle is done. Do not recommend!

Cloudy residue all over dishes since using the newer all blue packaging tabs... older ones in package with orange never left residue.
