The only thing I don't like about this detergent is the PVA it's coated in. PVA breaks down into microplastics which then get into our water systems, harming the environment and marine life. I open up each one and put the powder into a container. I use a scoop I had from another product to get the product out of the container for each load of laundry.

I purchased hoping to get away from the plastic bottles of your liquid laundry detergent. I found that the pods don't dissolve, leaving residues on the clothes and hard pieces in the machine. I also found pieces of the plastic pod covers on the clothes and in the machine. Most disturbing! I have now read that pods are known to clog washing machines with undissolved. This also disturbing.

These packs as well as any liquid gel tabs contain PVA which is plastic. They dissolve into microplastics in water and pollute our oceans and earth as well as ourselves. What happened to the plain powder you used to sell?? That is clearly the most sustainable choice.
