These are right up there with the Bounty I used to buy but dont have the processed chemicals in them. They are actually better as far as strength and durability goes. I use these to wash my dishes and can wash down my counters after where the other brand names would not hold up that long.
I didn't realize till recently that I could purchase unbleached paper towels. I often will use paper towels to drain foods like hamburgers, bacon , etc. I was so happy to find these.
I like a full sheet of real paper. No harmful bleaching and no harmful chemicals leeching into my food heart 💓
Seventh generation has a good reputation and we were looking for unbleached paper towels that we could put into compost. Our regular grocery store does not carry them. Thanks for carrying them!
I'm so glad to get these! Firm believer in no dyes and not bleached products.
I am very pleased with the Seventh Generation 100% Recycled Paper Towels (Unbleached). When it comes to absorbency and liquid absorption, they handle everyday spills and kitchen messes surprisingly well without tearing apart easily. The presentation and roll size are very practical for daily household use. I also appreciate its great availability, as it is easy to find online and in local stores. Best of all, knowing that they are unbleached and offer good compostability makes them a fantastic, eco-friendly option for anyone looking to reduce their environmental impact
Seventh Generation's 100% Recycled Unbleached Paper Towels are a great choice for anyone looking to make their home a little more eco-friendly without sacrificing everyday practicality. They're noticeably softer than expected for a recycled product and do a good job with everyday spills, kitchen cleanup, and light household tasks. What really stands out is the eco-friendly profile: no chlorine bleaching, 100% recycled, and a significantly lower environmental impact compared to conventional options.
Super expensive, but I wanted them to line seed sprouting trays. They work well for that.
No added chemicals
I've been buying these in a 24pack for years (about 1 24x pack per year). Have previously loved these and wouldn't use anything else. HOWEVER, the most recent 24pack has had issues. - the 24pack is 4 packs of 6 rolls. In one of the 6-roll packs, there was a roll missing for only 5. Don't know if this came from 7thGen like that or it happened in distribution - the quality has significantly changed, and for the worse. It used to be 2-ply sheets rolled up. Not it's like two layers of single ply rolled together. The perforations do not line up, they don't stay together and they feel thinner. I love the recycled aspect, but these are just a PITA. Once this 24pack runs out I'll probably start looking for alternatives. Sad really as I've really liked this company. Hoping it's just a fluke.
