Was smooth until I did something with it %26 it broke. Was user error. The reel worked nicely otherwise.

It's good and all the quality is good but they send me the wrong one i asked for a left handed reel and it gave me a right handed, it even said it in the website that is was lefty and they still send me a right one.

The tension knob was stripped, I now have to order a replacement knob since they won't send me a new reel
