Purchased this as a Christmas Present for our son who has a Golden Retriever living with him in their small home. Needless to say, the dog leaves sparkling little tiffs of love everywhere. The Shark Al Ultra Robot Vacuum has a hard job ahead, but we expect to hear great things of it in the months to come. I will let you know how it goes and if the love affair with the hair is a good one for the Shark roommate.

Had an early version of a robot vacuum many years ago and it died, it did not auto clean. Found this model on Walmart.com at a price that was lower than Costco and Amazon so I decided to grab it. It is absolutely amazing! Takes a while to set up, but once it is done, you srt it and forget it!!! Easy to clean the collection bin, pretty quiet when running and louder when emptying at the dock. It doesnt bump into furniture like some of the reviews said. It slows fown as it approaches an object. It takes two cleaning cycles for it to clean our house, which is on the larger side, but it is all done automatically. When running low on battery during the first cycle, it goes back to dock, empties, recharges and starts again when it is full. Pretty darn smart!!! Highly recommend this for those who hate to vacuum! My only regret was not buying two! PS...we have one very large and hairy dog and this little guy conquers the hair bombs!!!

We have owned other robo vacs, and we have been happy with them, but this Shark is clearly better. The mapping of my house was incredibly accurate, it does a better job vacuuming, it doesn't bang into stuff, it doesn't ball up area rugs, it leaves perfect rows in the carpet, it's just better. We named ours Robocop and we love it!

I absolutely love my vacuum. I waited about two months to write a review because I wanted to make sure it was worth it. I have a dog and her hair is constantly everywhere but this little thing cleans absolutely everything! It cleans my carpets, hard wood floors, rugs, it has even tried vacuuming the top of my bar stool legs😂 It has saved me countless of hours of sweeping and vacuuming. There is not way I'll ever be without one ever again!

Got this AI vacuum this year for my 22 year old son who is in one of his first apartment homes (one story unit, mostly carpet and has one cat 🐈 so there is some pet hair to contend with there) as his big Xmas gift - he LOVES it! Says it is perfect for his house and even his cat is getting used to it! Very easy to use and I say it was a great deal to pick up on Black Friday. He says it transitions easily from the kitchen floor to the carpet and mapped the whole house very quickly. Great buy, great gift 👍🏻

I'm so impressed! This guy is awesome! First, he's super quiet. Second, I have a brand new house, and he doesn't ram himself in my new walls like my old Roomba did; plus! It's so cool to see him stop in the middle of the job due to his belly getting too fat with dirt and dog hair from his Job. He backs up like an 18-wheeler, docks himself like a champ, dumps his load, and starts up again without assistance! I kicked my old Rumba to the curb; this is the one you need to save your life from ever sweeping again.

I bought this on a whim just because I dislike vacuuming so much! How awesome is this little thing! It does a really good job, I have 4 pets that shed like crazy and it keeps all their hair from settling in and getting cozy! I added a sticker to make me laugh whenever I look at it!

I just started using it last night and had a cliff error!, but the resolution was easy to achieve. I had a little trouble trying to get to the resolution, but once I got it it was easy. The mapping was another challenge, as I have a sunken living room.

Overall it is a great idea love the fact that you don't need bags but the cleaning is Sub par when side by side comparison to the rumba S9 I bought both at same time to compare the best to best love sharks fast lidar mapping and the cross clean method but the rumba cleaning was faster and cleaner on one pass the shark still had hair wrap from the dog hair I was ok with that but again the rumba has yet to get any hair wrap on it and it has 2 brushes I would be happy with it but it had issues returning to the base station it wouldn't return across the black threshold to a white kitchen floor it went into fall protection mode and freeked out there again the rumba and ironically my corrdy robot vacuum don't have troubles overall the shark did fine and does clean better than the cordy maps faster than the Roomba but just couldn't return to its base and couldn't clean the house because of the black thresholds it's good for what it is but it just doesn't work for us

Buying this was such a waste of time. It got stuck under ever chair in the house (see pic) and it would beat itself against the chair legs causing marks all over it. So I would have to pick it up and move it, we soon as I did it would get stuck all over again. Very annoying. On top of that I could never schedule a cleaning time because it always had an error from the vac door being open. It would never pair with the trash bin dock without something getting stuck in the door, like a clump of hair. Also we have kids and if a doll was left on the floor, the brushes would wrap around the hair getting it bound up and stuck. You may say that is normal but the whole point of having this “Robot” is that it’s supposed to be smart and avoid obstacles, it never did. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was because it did vacuum up debris very good. It did do a good job sucking up material, but that does me no good when it gets stuck every 2 minutes. We ended up returning in after trying it for two weeks.
