I've owned several vacuum cleaners in my life. The last one purchased was a Shark and I was absolutely amazed by the ease of use, power, changing of utensils, etc. When my old handheld of another brand went out, I purchased a Shark. It too amazed me! It's lightweight and the power if phenomenal!

I was looking for a little handheld to use in small spaces and around furniture where my robot vacuum has difficulty and so far so good. I've used it a handful of times now. It's not even close to the strength of a standard upright with a hose but it works well for lose cat litter and on furniture. It is awkward to empty and the power button is difficult being inset in the handle but for what it is, it does the job I needed it for. The only thing I'd deduct points for is the way the attachment is angled because you do lose some crevice suction if the gap is tall instead of wide.

Perfect for smaller clean up jobs around the house. Enough power for crumbs, bugs, hair, etc. It's not a shop vac, but it is very handy, compact, and reasonably quiet. This is our second one, we liked the first one and wanted another to keep upstairs.

I keep this in the laundry room with the litter box and use it daily, since my cat tends to throw the litter all over the floor every time she uses it. This works amazing. I also use it on my baseboards and in my car. Stays charged FOREVER. Perfect little handheld vacuum.

I've only used this once thus far. It seems o.k. although it is extremely light weight which is a good thing if it doesn't reflect its quality, not sure yet. Also, the instructions say to rinse out the filter after each use and to let it air dry for 24 hours before using again. That is not very practical for this kind of appliance that I will want to use frequently. Guess I'll see if I can get another filter. No replacement parts are listed.

I gave it a 4 start for two reasons: I don't like that it doesn't come with some type of stand for while it's charging. Second, the battery doesn't last that long. Other than that, suction is good and it does the job. Would I buy it again? probably not.

I've always been satisfied with past shark vacuums but not so much now. It has been redesigned so accessories from my old ones don't fit. The suction is acceptable but the on/off switch and the release button are pretty flimsy. I'm afraid they may break before the expected life of the sweeper.

had it for a month and was charging it when unplugging it, the end of the usb cord did not come out separating what was plugged into the machine stayed and the cord broken apart leaving the metal part still in. i had to get a pair of plyer to remove it.

This was not What I ordered. The shopper without any preapproval replaced a vacuum with a wet mop system then the store would not cooperate with a refund very upset. We order a lot of groceries from Walmart. We will be second-guessing ordering much more tried texting immediately after I saw it was replaced person did not answer the shopper. I mean, kept on until they did finally text me back and said they had already bought it, and they could not return it. Very disappointed.

I own (3) Shark vacuums and I love each of them and when asked SHARK is my recommendation always! When I saw this handled and cordless vacuum I was so excited to buy it for my husband to use in his Shop. What a Waste of time, energy and gas to return it to the nearest Walmart! Nit only did it have less than average suction, the use time on a full charge is mi minimal in tip of that I should have said that is if you can even get it to charge in our case it was only once not for lack of trying! Don't waste your time or money on this one… SHARK failed to live up to their usual quality name! I couldn't return it fast enough ! So disappointed
