This is the best vacuum I've ever had! I have two dogs (one being a white Aussie that sheds like crazy) and a cat and the amount of pet hair this picks up is amazing! It has great suction for carpet and my fabric couch! (The image is just from under and on the couch cushions😳)
This is an awesome vacuum cleaner. It is lightweight and moves itself forward. It cleans close to the walls and is thorough. I love it and would compare it to my Dyson as equal. I was going to spend the money for a new Dyson but I'm glad that I didn't. This vacuum does the job. I highly recommend it.
I've always purchased the cheap $30-$40 vacuums on Black Friday's, and this time I decided to make an expensive purchase on a vacuum, and I love my new vacuum. I love the pickup power and vacuum power, and easily to detach and the smoothness, control and lights and everything about this vacuum. It's great! 👍
Shark Rotator Pet Lift-Away ADV Bagless Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, DuoClean Self-Cleaning Brushroll, Odor Neutralizer la700 model grab this while u can at this price$154(best bang for the buck). has everything, almost self propelled, self cleaning brushroll, filters(hepa) r washable/reusable, just let dry for 24 hrs, very powerful suction(min/max switch), swivel head. 5 yr warranty have never owned a shark cause i did not want to pay the price but this was kinda reasonable for its bells and whistles. this is newer version of la500wm i would def buy this one again if needed/available...but not for 5 yrs
I was a little concerned about the front roller and how it would do on dog dander. I have a German Shepherd and a Corgi so lots of hair and dander. It seems to handle that very well. It's quieter than my previous bissell and does a better job of picking up everything. The main wheels are better quality and it has great suction. I have hardwood and carpet floors. No issues with with both type surfaces. I'd buy it again!
I bought this for myself as Christmas gift to myself! Especially since it was on sale %26 I absolutely love it! I've had another Shark vacuum for the past 6 years %26 it was time to retire it due to a rip on the hose. The cord is long, the vaccum is light, suction is powerful, %26 great for pet hair!! I've got 2 dogs, one who sheds too much and this product cut my vacuum time in half %26 is totally worth it! My only complaint, which I've seen on other reviews is it's missing a suction tool, which is kind of a bummer. (I've attached a photo to show which one!) I'd love to be sent the missing tool as I know I'd use that one most for my couch %26 the pet hair! Other than that- wonderful!
I clean houses for a living. So my vacuums get used more than the average person and in dirtier situations. I use the heck out of my vacuums. This vacuum works extremely well. Great suction, easy to use. Gets really close to the edges. Easy to change out the filters. which I have about 10 and change out every other house I clean. One complaint is the little hook that holds your cord up out of your way so you don't trip. Doesn't work. So I'm always picking up the cord so it's not in my way. Which gets annoying. But overall great vacuum. I've been more than happy using it. Until it died in less than 5 months. And with a price tag of $300. I'm not very happy with the quality of the vacuum. They build them for throw aways. But like I said at $300. I'm not a happy Shark customer. I'm going to have to do some research on something more durable. llije Miel or??? Not sure if regular use would have made it last longer. I'm not sure. Works great, doesn't last long.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the attachments it came with. Usually Shark provides handy, powerful attachments with their vacuums. This one sadly did not cone with a power head nor a tool that has some sort if brush head. You can always purchase separately or even try ones from your other shark products.
The vacuum has plenty of power and emptying the bin is a snap but there are a couple things that Shark could address. The LED lights could be brighter. Also, the steel pin that holds the handle to the vacuum shaft has not changed. I suspect it will break within a year or two as it did with my previous Shark vac. I was able to repair but it's definitely an engineering flaw that Shark should fix. Other than that, I'm happy with the Pet Rotator Lift Away model.
I have a love/hate relationship with this vacuum. When it works. It's great. The suction is great. It's made for homes with pets but I find it clogs with hair very easily and I've had to literally disassemble every inch to find the clog. It could be a million places and when it's clogged, forget it. It makes a horrendous sound to let you know it's clogged and trying to find where is insane. So, while I like it. I will not repurchase this vacuum when it needs replaced.
