I love this little Vacuum. I am a truck driver, so getting a full size vacuum was out of the question, I needed something I could store easily. I also have a corgi, in case you don’t know they shed….A LOT!!!! Year around!!!! Here’s the thing I’m not exactly supposed to have him on the truck with me so I needed a vacuum that would help me keep my truck so clean that the company would never know he was in here!! And it does!!!! It picked up his hair, the dirt, my hair, and everything in between so effectively and efficiently! It got all the corners, the nooks and crannies! He just wasn’t thrilled about it though! Fellow truckers I highly recommend this product you won’t be sorry!

Absolutely works for what I wanted which was pet hair on furniture and pillows, also works for human hair, dont like the fact I couldn't use the EXACT same type of charger from a slightly different version of the vacuum I got but was able to charge with the charger it came with. got a TON of pet hair off the couch with it and off bed sheets and pillows

If you're going to leave them outside the garage door on the ground, why wouldn't you at least put them inside the fenced area so neighbors dogs don't tear them up?

It is a decent little vacuum and handy since it’s battery operated. The crevice tool does not reach into small spaces like beside the seats. I’m not sure about pet hair but it won’t suck up human hair at all. I admit my vehicle usually is dirty but considering this little vac wouldn’t even pick up most of it I expected the battery to last longer than just the first third of my vehicle. I kept it for small messes but I know better than to think I can clean up anything else with it.

I really wanted to like this handheld vacuum, but battery technology just isn't here yet for basic appliances. It lasted around 10 minutes total and takes hours to recharge. If you have the space to keep it charging all the time then this might work for you, but otherwise the design didn't suit my needs. It worked great and the pet hair attachment was powerful, but the limited battery life caused me to return it to the store, and instead buy a corded stick vacuum that works great.

this vacuum does not have a rotary brush, it has a rotary piece of plastic which does not even begin to pick up my cat's hair off of carpet. the box is very misleading when it says brush and there is no brush there is just a piece of plastic on the Rotary. I will have to buy my rotary brush vacuum I guess somewhere besides shark.

I specifically purchased this item to pick up pet hair as it advertises it has a attachment just for pet hair, since the day I tried using the pet hair brush as well as their other attachments it does NOT pick up hair. After using I have to pull out a lent roller and go over the area which is my bed to remove all the pet hair. I only have one cat with short hair so I thought this item would be perfect. Definitely regret purchasing it

quick and easy to grab suction is ok. However, i used it 4 times before the motor got stuck on run until It died and then would not charge or turn back on!! junk!!!

*if you zoom on my pics you can see the dog hair* okay, this is going to be a kind of long review but I want to actually give you all the details so you know how crappy it is. I bought this because I have a 3 month old baby so I don't have an hour to vacuum my furniture. I'm about to go back to work full time, 10 hour days so I definitely won't have the time! we have a brand new sofa and loveseat. we have only had them 2 months tops. I keep them covered with blankets 24/7. I also vacuum them with my old vacuum at least every other day. I have a mini goldendoodle who really does not shed at all and a pitbull. she doesn't shed very bad and ID shed her with a tool at least once to twice a week. with that being said, our furniture really isn't that dirty, but this piece of crab still will not get the dog hair up. if it's not loosely laying on top, it's not doing anything. the pet tool is garbage like seriously, I've tried it at every angle. different pressure speed, it's garbage. I didn't really time how long it stays charged but I'm going to go with 15 minutes 25 minutes tops I would say and it takes 6 hours to charge it to use it for that little bit of time. I cannot get my couch and loveseat clean and one charge. it would literally take me a day's worth of charging to get half of the hair off the furniture. I seriously tried it twice now and I'm over. I'm going to return it.

I purchased the $9 insurance plan - started the return process %26 must be returned to a Walmart store %26 unable to return label return which was not specified - the insurance plan seent me to Walmart, Walmart sends me to the insurance plan - it's a no win situation, frustrated, dissapointed, horrible customer service.
