i do like this product but its a bit misleading. i bought this for pet messes . it does not put water out. it work great for stains. but it does not shampoo up things in the traditinal manner. you have to saturate it with their spray and then suck it up. it does have great suction and work well. i ordered another small shampooer that shoots water out for dog mess stains. it does work well though. just not a actual shampoo spot cleaner.

It does clean well but has very short battery and is a bit rough around the edges at times making weird noises and turns off randomly (even when all directions are followed) the product also came partially defective with the spray bottle not spraying which seems to be a common problem

I wanted to love this, but it did not work well for carpets. It requires two hands to hold it and operate, and you can’t see if it’s sucking any liquid because the angle that it needs to be held you cants see the front to see if it’s working. The suction isn’t that strong. It took two full times (and nearly a full bottle which is $20) to clean up dog urine and the carpet is still crunchy. I really liked: the reversible brush/rubber pad so you don’t damage your upholstery. The rechargeable battery. I think the caddy is superfluous. This is ideal for light jobs, like on upholstery or on a car seat. It does have a CA Prop 65 warning (likely for the battery)

Needs a stronger suction, after 3 weeks use the plug no longer stays in to prevent dirty water from spilling out. Provided product to use on spills etc. does not clean sufficiently. I used my preferred carpet cleaner. This product needs to be reviewed by R%26 D.

I was very excited for this product. It worked the first time I used it. After that, it would not work. I have tried many different things to get it to work to no avail. My thoughts are do not buy. I wish I could return it, but the period to return has expired.

We really loved this little device! It was perfect for small spills and our new puppy who is working on house training. We cleaned it 2-3 times after EVERY use with warm water in the designated cleaning tray. The instructions say not to use soap or anything to clean the device, which we followed, so I was surprised when I went to use it recently and it decided to give up already. The cleaner was fully charged from the night before, but would power on for only a few seconds before then the motor would seized and make a terrible sound. When it first did this I honestly dropped it down on the carpet because I thought it was going to bust apart! I would like to recommend it, but I just can't. The thought and convince is great, but it's hard to drop $150 for something to work for 14 days.

I had bought this item today. The vacuum will not stay on. It will not suction up anything as you see it is very pricey and basically I want to return it and I’m being told that I can’t because I’ve already had turned it on to try to use it so now I’m out of my money. I’m out of a vacuum and I’m honestly mad

This thing falls apart easily and has little to no suction. The stain remover did nothing after using the whole bottle and going over it multiple times. I'll be returning this.

I was so happy to get this and use it I have heard nothing but good things and ppl love this! Unfortunately I bought one and went to use it and the lock was broke where you empty the dirty water so it wouldn’t work I was very disappointed

I have never been so disappointed with a shark product as much as i am with this ! i was so excited about it, and i went back and forth for days about getting this one or the other one, and in regretting it so much right now, this you use so much of the expensive spray at one time just to clean the stain! no water is involved and i'm just very disappointed
