Bottle came with a broken pump
1. Why does the shampoo come in a squeeze bottle but the conditioner comes in a pump bottle? 2. Pump nozzle completely broken off. I had to perform major surgery on it to get it to pump out of what is left of the broken off nozzle ... a tiny hole where the nozzle used to be. 3. Why was product shipped anyway if it's broken?
