No taste and easy to digest
There is no taste to it. I take it in my hot water with lemon each morning. I just use two droppers full every morning. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It's still early to see if it's going to help with collagen production, fine lines and wrinkles. But I do take this in addition to my collagen plus peptides powder and I've been told that these are considered a dynamic duo for collagen production.

Fuller Hair
This is very good for hair. My hair is thicker and fuller. Mix it with lemon essential oil, water and silica drops. Also good for the scalp

Quality product.
I don't know if it is helping or not but I have read good things about silica. I like that it is tasteless. A little pricey as one bottle only lasts a month.

Very nice
I like the liquid silica. I use it along with face cream 2xs daily. I also put a drop under my tongue at that same time. After a very short time I can see/feel difference in my skin
