[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't let it's industrial exterior or commercial word soup scare you away - this is a darn good heavy duty cleaner! I normally shy away from products that are advertised this way because I always doubt if my needs are drastic enough and the surfaces needing cleaning rugged enough to withstand heavy duty abrasives. For this first test I braved it out by sticking to a cleaning job advertised by Simple Green itself - engine bay cleaning. The before and after show amazing results on my 7+ yr old car undergoing its first engine bay cleaning! Came out looking brand new. Because it said it's safe for metals and rubber I decided to use it on my aftermarket car mats and it literally went to work after applying and letting it sit for 10min. When I came back I could literally see foam bubbles full of the coffee residue that had been lingering on the mat for years! Pulled that sucker straight out. Comes with a useful spray bottle that marks various dilution levels to make it totally idiot free - I just used 10:1 but I'm sure you could accomplish many more cleaning projects by playing between mixes! Totally sold on this and added to my list of annual chemicals I buy for spring cleaning!

The product touts that the professional grade, concentrated cleaner and degreaser cuts through tough grease, remove stains, and eliminates grime. It also stated that it works on machinery, exterior of cars, and a great degreaser for engines plus much much more. I decided to try it on some of my lawn equipment and it did a fantastic job cleaning the grime from my weed whacker. This powerful concentration had to be diluted for specific cleaning jobs. I cannot wait to try it in my pressure washer to clean my back patio with all the algae that has formed over the past rainy months. In addition, my hubby can't wait to try it on his car motor and greasy tools that he has neglected over time! Another bonus is that it is non degrading to plastics so my patio furniture will also get a good washing to prepare for the holidays to come!!! The performance of the cleaner is excellent, very versatile and is a clean rinsing formula that is very easy to use. It can be used on mostly anything…. aluminum, stainless steel, polished steel, chrome, and other metals. Can also be used on appliances, such as refrigerators, vents, barbecues, Range, hoods, ovens, stove, tops, grills, showers, toilets, tubs, sinks, grout, and so much more! I will be adding the Simple Green HD cleaner to replace my arsenal of cleaning products for the future..,that's for sure!

It works really well cleaning up grease and oil stains. The concentrated formula is easy to dilute then use. Having a concentrated formula is good value since it will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to mix, easy to clean and quick to get rid of them stubborn grease stains. I usually use the green version but the purple is super strength and works wonders in the garage or the oven. Less elbow grease and easier to dissolve it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] l've been using this degreaser on my car and l've been surprised at how clean it leaves it. It removes almost 100% of the grease and grime. 1 applied it to plastic and metal surfaces, and it cleaned both equally well. 1 loved that it doesn't leave any residue in my engine. It's easy to rinse; I practically wiped it with a cloth, and it came out perfect. I absolutely love it. It's easy, effective, safe, and it does its job perfectly. I highly recommend it.

It significantly reduced the dark spot better than many other cleaners I tried before. It also dried without leaving heavy streaks, which made the surface look much cleaner after use. While it did not completely eliminate the stain, it was still the most effective product I used. Overall, I'm satisfied with the performance and would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are a little confusing on the jug vs the spray bottle and I gave it two stars because there's no child safe cover and it came broken. But for the light concentration diluted it sort of worked for the grime on my husband's shirt I think a couple more sprays then washes we will see a major difference in removal of the stain.

The smell of the cleaner was a little too strong for me, but overall it did what it needed to do. The instructions on the bottle is very straight forward and easy to read.
