I was looking for a good Indian style curry so I thought to try this to see if it was it or not I like Indian style because it does not mess around when it comes to the spiciness so if you want spicy for your curry do this but if you don't then do a Japanese curry like Golden Curry with the cubes will start to get this like Indian style curry a little better then Japanese style

All the ingredients were basic things I already had in my pantry so it was not complicated at all and easy for a week night meal. We were also able to easily customize it to fit my family's needs, which was awesome, since we have a toddler. The sauce it made was so flavorful, but not too, too strong that it was overwhelming. The seasoning packet smells amazing when you open it, that is always a good sign. I followed the directions on the packet except I used cut up pork chops instead of chicken. The instructions were easy to follow and yielded great results. The seasoning had a great level of flavor although I did add some sriracha to the finished dish. The sauce thickened up a little and had a nice mouth feel to go with the great flavors. This is a brand I had bought in the past but now I am adding this dish into rotation.
