I received this product for free in exchange for a review. It doesn't taste exactly like restaurant style beef and broccoli but I think that it's a good thing, it has more seasoning, flavor and depth. The one negative I would say is that it didn't get very thick and I feel like it should have so I added cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it more at the end. I served with a fried rice and added mushrooms as well.

Followed the directions to a T and the sauce was incredibly thin and bland. It was edible, but the sauce ended up a light brownish color and NOT the dark brown sauce you would get from a restaurant. Also, I think a cup and a half of water is way too much. If you do try this, start off with one cup only.
