Can breath better and snore less. Easy to travel with.
Works great and it comes with two color coded tips. (one for me and one for my wife) We only use it as needed. I did order extra packets even though it comes with 30 or so. It charges with a usb plug. We are still working on the first charge.
Works just as described. a little unusual at first but it does the job. Recd item very quickly.
It's doing the job it's made for and I need works quite well. Well-made.

The product was received in excellent condition. Since I just received it a couple of days ago, I haven't had time to evaluate it fully. However, customer service and price/value through Walmart has been outstanding for this and for other products I have ordered.
I bought this product a few months ago, I had Sinus Surgery,so i needed this, ,worked just fine,but today April 23, 2023 it turned on by it self on my dresser,I thought it was a spirit, so i told it this house not b8g enought for the both of us,and i aint going nowhere,so i opened the door and told it to get out my house. okay went back and got back in bed. turned on again,ok took it apart,ok turned on again ok its runs by USB ,so ok I plugged it up the light came on showing it was charging,ok im yes,cause I just love this machine right,so i check on it charging,wow guess what it want come on at all and these Pulse aint cheap.so now I gotta contact AMAZON n the company..Thanks
My first choice was Neil Med and the only reason I bought this unit was becasue the case was cracking after a few years of ownership. This unit has a few different pump pressures and one being a wave option. I can only use the high pressure on this unit and it doesn't seem to be as strong as the Neil Med. One thing that I do like about this unit is how the water expells from the nostril. For some reason it expells the water away from your hand and sort of propells the water away from your face, which I think is a plus.
Budget item, does give you some relief but after a few uses it stopped working. Not worth the hassle and cost. Also you have to use distilled water in it.
Quickly began to leak. I liked the relief it gave so will see if issue was a one off.
