I hesitated to give this an awesome review out of fear that it will sell out and Walmart will be unable to stock it fast enough

I'm 77 and I've been working out 4 years prior to my age today and I think this is great. I love it. I will continue to use it until it's no longer manufactured at least for the next five years anyway.

I have used this brand for several years. I use I to minimize muscle loss as I age, but it is also great for building muscle in you workouts.

They Short Change you slightly, there's only 30 scoops per container and the price jumps around wildly, this product should be at most 15$. It also has calories and has sugar for no reason. Creatine on its own is a fantastic supplement, everyone should take it, you, your grandma. It increases strength but more importantly IQ for around 2 hours. I'm almost 30 and I'm better at uptaking information than anyone I know. I recommend 2 scoops a day, there's conflicting evidence but I only take nutrition advice from people who look how I want to look

This item is very good! I actually really like the Whey product by Sixstar. I have been lifting for 4 years now, and have used various proteins and creatines from creapure (which is a great brand) to Sixstar product and I find that this product is as effective for the price and does increase strength gains. I have been using it for over 2 months now and noticed an increase in strength. Not a placebo. I was deadlifting raw 425lbs on a 6th set and went up to 485lbs on the sixth set. My squat has been in the 500lb range and I was only able to do 455lbs once where as now I will get 3 reps out of it and continue up to a one set max at 500lbs. These exercises are completed raw, no weight belts no knee wraps and I train at least 5 to 6 days a week. So ya, I would recommend it, but everyone is different so find what works and eat. :)

This is creatine, not pre-workout. Why this is asking for an energy rating is beyond me. The taste is horrible, other than that it's creatine. Take it and move on.

The first couple of days using it was fine I didn't mind the taste but after two weeks it tastes so bad and if you forget to wash your shaker then say goodbye because the powder doesn't even fu””ing dissolve
