Six Star Pro Nutrition Explosion 2.0 Pre-Workout Powder, Electrolyte Matrix, Grape

This is one of the better tasting pre work out powders. I mix some grape flavoring in to a scoop and room temp water and shake it up. Energy is quit a lot, takes about 15-20 minutes to hit and last a couple of hours. If you struggle to have the ump to workout then I recommend trying Six Star. It's pretty cheap but works just as well as the more expensive brands.

Best pre workout for me, i recommended to everyone, looking for a great quality at a fordable price, everyone has their own taste on their supplements and its fine but for me ive been using this for months now, i use this to get me a pump right after i take 1 scoop only before workout i can feel it already few minutes kicks in fast, your body gets use to it just like any other energy supplement or drinks, everyone has their own supplement brands but if your looking for a great price that really works this is it.

Taste is grrrreat........ Mixes well and digests easily. Reasonably priced with results equivalent if not better than some of the overpriced posers I've tried. Keep up the good work!

I'm 60 I've been working out religiously since I was 14 I've tried many pre-workout supplements thru the years some that work some that doesn't and some that shouldn't be on the market because of the insane amounts of creatine. I have always came back to Six Star Explosion and this time I'm here to stay. This is the only brand that gives me everything I need and want to push me thru a workout without all the terrible side effects of others I have tried.
