I was nervous to try a colon cleanse. I didn't want to be stuck on the toilet all day, every day. I took 2 pills as directed, and I was on the toilet like I was worried about. I then started taking just 1 pill. That was much much better.

The product works but is very hard on your stomach. I took one pill and within 3 hours had loose bowels. Had to run to bathroom every hour during night. It comes on fast and makes bowels very loose. I could only take them over weekend because next morning bowels still loose, couldn't go to work like that.
