I like that this pillow is comfortable. It's the only contour pillow I've been able to find recently that isn't too hard or too big for a petite woman.
I travel for work and have always carried my own memory foam pillow with me (bought from Walmart, of course). I liked it fine but it was a bit heavy and bulky. So I have been looking for a smaller pillow, and this one definitely fits the bill. It looks odd; I'm just used to a bigger pillow. But it actually gives me just as much comfort and support as a full sized one, and now that I'm used to it I really like it.
sleep innovations is an excellent quality brand and a bargain too. Not hot, true quality materials.
I like this pillow a lot, I used in the car during a trip, it was especially nice the way it molds around my neck providing a good support. I also liked the gentle texture of the cover
I need support for my neck whether sleeping on my back or on my side. This pillow fits the bill for that situation. So far, this has worked well for me.
Nice quality and comfortable, however I think it is too bulky for air travel so I'll continue to use a travel-size down pillow. It's fairly narrow from side to side, but it is possible to turn from your back to your side if you stay in place. Might work as a regular pillow for a CPAP user who likes to sleep on the side. I've decided this pillow won't work for my needs so I am returning it. However, it is a nice product for those who like contour memory foam pillows.
I bought a contour memory foam pillow at Costco years ago and it is still in use. The maker of that pillow is Sleep Innovations. I decided to buy this pillow from Walmart based on the name. It looked exactly like the one I have and love. You can remove and wash these pillow casings but not the pillow. So it makes me wonder how sanitary my old pillow is since I can't wash it. This was the motivation for this recent purchase. But this new pillow is not at all the same. It looks similar but it very different. The shape of the contour for the high and low sides is rather sharp, meaning, it does not have a smooth transition into the slope of the pillow making it a little uncomfortable. The casing is a kind of cotton, more like cloth, not the standard casing material so it does not slide into an outer casing easily. For sleep, it is just okay. The compression of the foam is similar to what I have but is also different. I was hoping I could get an exact replacement but that is not what this is. I have tried other brands and have had to return them all. I am undecided if I will keep this. The smell is a little noxious and after letting it breathe a couple weeks before sleeping on it, it has not gone away. Once you get your own pillow casing on though, it is hard to detect the smell. I would give this a grade of C. I am on the fence if I would recommend it. It is just ok.
It is a decent-looking pillow, but not nearly firm enough to provide the support for my neck that I need. When comparing it to my old contour pillow, it is much less dense. I don't think it will provide the support I need. The pillow was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. The box was dented, but since it is a foam pillow, that didn't hurt anything.
The cover is made of a nice soft material. I like the way the memory foam molds to the shape of your head. Good portable travel size. However while it's much more comfortable than those inflatable travel pillows, it won't prop your head up if your head falls over to one side of your shoulders while you're sitting upright in coach.
Thought I was repurchasing the same pillow I bought a few years ago!! I was wrong! It's the same name brand and same shape but made with cheaper filling and it's thinner with no support definitely not made with memory foam ! Getting returned
