bought myself an early xmas present. my 9yr old son says this is the best $60 ever spent. i am in love with this. i put 2 large towels in and still have room. my recommendation is to remove the pole and leave the basket in the bottom, easier to remove items inside

The towel warmer is great. I didn't appreciate having to wait longer than it would've taken me to run inside and get it off the shelf myself. I understand being busy but if I could've gotten my child out of the car and gone in and out of the store in less time than it took to actually receive the item, then there is a problem somewhere in the process. I also understand that, yes it saved me that effort of coming in, but if it takes so long to get my items I may just need to order from Amazon. Not much difference in waiting 30 minutes to an hour and waiting until the next day……

Didn't know I needed this but now I'm obsessed This towel warmer is honestly such a game changer. There's nothing better than getting out of the shower and having a warm towel waiting for you. It heats up fast and fits more than one towel, which I love. It makes my bathroom feel way more bougie and spa-like for basically no effort. Super easy to use and totally worth it. Would 100% buy again.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! Its a level of bougie I didn't know I needed in my life! It's brought me so much joy to wrap myself I a warm towel and put on warm clothes right in the comfort of my own bathroom, the first time I took that hot towel and wrapped it around me I spoke in tongues. If you have the chance to get one of these don't second guess yourself just do it! You won't be disappointed!

This towel warmer is a great size, plenty of room for towels or blanket and socks. Heats very well. Great for getting out of the tub or a warm blanket for bedtime. A bit difficult to get lid on when hot. Let it cool and you can replace lid easier, aligning rod with lid. We love it.

This works great, gets nice and warm. But it took almost two weeks to arrive. Like others I removed the interior insert which worked better. Then the price dropped from $59 to $48.26. I contact Walmart but, unlike Amazon, they won't refund the difference. The only option is to return it.

I've wanted a towel warmer for a while so when I saw this low price I bought it immediately. Wish I hadn't. The container is larger than I expected, placement in my bathroom didn't work out. The inside though was smaller than expected, one regular sized towel is about all that will fit. My bathrobe can be crammed in it barely. Now let's talk about the heat. It's not that hot.. literally. After 15 minutes things are not all cozy and warm and have some cold spots. After 30 minutes, not as bad. I just figured I put things in as I showered and expected 15 mins to be great, but no. But the real bummer is that it only stays warm for a few minutes, yes I said few. My bathrobe came out nice and warm when I took it out, just to be back to room temp in less than 5 mins. And that's being generous. Really this was a big waste of money. At least I didn't spend too much on it. And Now I have to find a place to store it. Do yourself a favor and don't add to cart.

The towel warmer only works for about 15 seconds and then it tripped the breaker. We've tried every breaker in the house with no other appliances plugged in to the circuit. We are returning it because it will not work.

Does not do a very good job at warming towels. I ran it for the maximum time (45 mins) with 1 cotton bath towel. It barely warmed the towel, and it cooled within seconds of removing it from the warmer. Not even close to what you can achieve in a dryer. Very unimpressed, don't waste your time or money.

This was great and then one day it quit working. I bought one for myself and a friend and they both quit working within a week of each other. So if you want to spend money on a product that only works 9 months this is the product for you. The manufacturer won't get back to me on the warranty. They gave me a ticket number and now won't respond.
