gives an extra layer of flat protection as I use my bike a lot and have the tubes made by slime also for my tires so just gives extra protection cus lots of construction through out the city I love in and ride my bike to school and back so helps to prevent a possible flat .

Really helps prevent flat tires. So easy to install and price is well worth the time saved with less flats and repairs.

It was a little time consuming to push it inside the tire and work the tube back in again. But went in better than I thought. I had to write for instructions on overlapping or butting the ends together and at what gap. NEVER ... assume that the customer knows exactly how to install something or to overlap it or but it together. I tried to cut it, but it was so tough and durable I decided to over lap it instead when they finally got back to me to butt it together and leave about 1/8 inch gap. So far, over lapping has not caused any problems. But it is made of rubber Kryptonite 😍 I could not cut it to butt it up. so, you could obviously run over a big nail or spike and it should have no effect on you getting a flat. Fantastic. thanks

This is my review of the Slime Bike Tire Flat Protector Tube Liner - 20274 The width of the product is 1-6/16ths wide, and fits up to a 26 inch rim. I'm using these liners for my high end beach cruiser, and BMX bikes. These have worked out pretty good so far. I've pulled a couple pieces of glass, and a couple of thorns, out of my tire, with no damage to the tube at all. In my opinion, these could be extremely helpful to mountain bikers. Even though you aren't going to see it, I love the transparent radiator green fluid color. This liner is designed to go between the tire and tube...to lessen the chance of tube puncture. However, this also makes a great liner, to go between the rim and tube, to protect the tube from being punctured from the spoke hardwire inside the rim. Many rims usually already have this, but these Slime protectors are far more superior than the ones that come with most rims. I tested the material with a sharp pick tool, and it stretched about 2 inches, and took quite a bit of force...before it punctured the liner. I really like, and recommend this product

I'm excited to review the Slime Bike Tire Flat Protector Tube Liner because they are good quality. If you don't know, tire liners are a material that go between your bike tire and the tube to help protect the tube against punctures. There are different brands but this Slime brands is one of the major two brands for them. I have used all different brands but I really do like these slime ones. They are strong but not as rigid and heavy as some other brands which makes them easier to install and lighter weight also so they are a good chpice if added weight to your bicycle is a concern. The color is a cool neon green and the can fit a variety of bike tire sizes. As you can see in one of my photos there is a wide range of tires it will fit. When changing a flat tire you simply feel around the liner for any place and something sharp could have gone in, wipe clean and then reinstall. They can be used over and over again. Often when I get a flat tire and check the liner I will find all kinds of tiny sharp objects in the liner that never made their way to my bike tire tube. Recommended!

Don't pay attention to the packaging in the photos, my mail person shoved it into a little tiny box with a lot of other mail. I have been using Slime products to prevent flat tires since the late 80s. It's reputation speaks for itself, I have never had any problems. I prefer the tire liner over the other products myself. No mess involved and easy to do. Just remember to use the whole liner on your tire. Wrap it around your entire tire and don't cut it, because it is tapered. Cutting it will make it pinch the tube. I live in the city and there are goat head stickers everywhere, this protects my tires. I was so tired of changing my tubes out all the time and paying the money. This product will pay for itself. So no brainer.

Perfect. Once installed along with a heavy duty inner tube, flats are history. Used product on all bikes for almost a decade.

I got this item as part of a promotion and I was trying to wait before submitting my review because I was trying to see how well it held up from using it. I installed these two tube liners in my nephews bicycle because it seemed like a few times a morning his bicycle tires would have a flat tire. It's been just over a month of installing this in his tires and he hasn't had a flat tire yet. I can't for surely say that this product is working or he has not rode his bike as rough to get a flat, but he hasn't gotten a flat tire since I put this SlimeBike Tire Protector Tube Liner in his bike! It's very easy to install. Just remove the tire and inner tube, line the tire with this product and reinstall the inner tube and tire, then I flat the tire as normal.

you can go and read my review on the slime brand 2 in 1 tire and tube sealant as I mentioned in that review this tape and the patches and glue of this slime brand did not work they're absolutely a scam they're not easy to use they're not guaranteed there they don't prevent what they describe they they don't do any of that sort I bought the patches and glue the sealant and the tape the tape and sealant about together in one delivery from Walmart the patches I bought in another delivery before I bought the ceiling and glue and the ceiling in the tape and like I said all in the same day and none of it worked if you look at my Walmart app like I say I end up buying another tire and inner tube for my eBay slime brand I wouldn't recommend to anyone they give a pretty good description on how to use it on Walmart app but when you actually get it no instructions no the pictures hard to tell you this stuff the patches didn't stick the none of this stuff work the selling it was really messy the tired the tape that goes in none of it says or does does what it says
