Smart Door Lock Setup

The cameras work just fine. The first week after they were installed, we captured a picture of a bobcat lurking in our front yard. I would recommend them for anyone thinking about getting cameras for their home.

the cord is very short.i have to use an extension cord for hook up.there no suggestions what kind of cord I need to buy to replace the short one they include.so,put that in your description

Don't use the service. I had to call in multiple times to set up an appointment. I never received an email with any phone call. Finally a person contacts me and says that a fiberglass store is out of scope. Walmart will not refund me. The AI is trying to send me to a different company. I seemingly have no recourse for them charging me. Walmart refuses to refund me for the service. They said I can return the Smart Lock but that I would have to call someone else to try to get a refund for the service that I bought through walmart.com - a service that the installing company refuses to do because of my door

Horrible company to do business with. I had 2 different install dates. My install time frame.was from 8-12 normal right. Well 10:30 gets here no one called to verify that they would be there to install. I called True Network Solutions. They called the rep Krystal which stated she would be there in 30 minutes. Guess what no Tech at 12:00, when I called again. I called at 2:00 no answer from Tech I called again @4 no show no call from tech. This was a Thursday. Called the company I was rescheduled for Monday November 17,2025 Guess what I was on the schedule but no tech was assigned to me. So again 2 days of work miss and they dont care. I ask for a refund. guess what he said he'll call me back. Today Is November 18, 2025. I've been hung up on and now they want answer. I bought this service when I bought my secruity home camera from Walmart

Do not purchase because they will not refund if security cameras cannot be installed. I've been waiting since January 22,2026 for them to refund my $108

I purchased and paid for this item plus installation and warranty. I called the installer through Network solutions and was informed that they could not Mount the camera higher than 10 ft. My plan was to replace the lighting that I had in the same location as the one that is no longer operable. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Walmart how did you not know that they had height restrictions?

tru network solutions dis not show up to the setup appointment and they didn't even call to say why. I called to see if the backup appointment was going to happen again they wouldn't confirm it. I cancelled the installation weeks ago and they refuse to refund my money. Walmart can't get the refund from them either. I will not use any installation services from them ever. Very unhappy customer

I ordered 2 sets a total of 4 cameras. plus for someone to come and install them... no one has reached out nor have I received all 4 cameras. I only got 2 cameras... ordered over a month ago. what's the deal?
