It seemed like a pure baking soda because companies like arm and hammer aren't pure or their synthetic. My problem was the bag was busted even though it was inside of another bag when they shipped it and I took a video of it. I don't know if it was the company that had the problem or just Walmart warehouse and people shipping it. It seems like a good product overtime. I can pretty much give a better review overall I would recommend it. Just make sure the bag ain't ripped cause it's kind of a mess to have to re-box it or re-bag it thank you.

the bag came with a hole in it (possibly during delivery or storage?0, and places inside a second bag plastic bag with its contents falling out of primary bag and thus it started hardening after a week of storage.

I love the product. The way the sold it was frustrating. When they say "Ten pound bag, Two pack", that figures out to be 20 pounds right? No, it was only 10 lbs. so I got half as much as I expected. The next thing that sent me through the roof was the containers. Each of the two bags were leaking like a sieve. They could have just dumped it in a postal bag and it would have been easier. I thought it was leaking in one area so I set it on my counter only to find out it was leaking around the whole seam of the bags. What a mess!

i told you the product has never been in my house if left on the front porch it was stolen i was in railegh nc at my brothers house so it was taken if they would have put it where i told them it would have been blocked by a pared car and no one would have taken it

Product was sent damaged…they put a damaged bag inside a plastic bag…unacceptable.
