Love that it doesn't have aluminum!
I was tired of some of the other baking powders that were so bad you could see the aluminum sparkling in the can. This is so much better, tastes great, and works well!

Good if you know what you're in for
This does not have anti caking agent, which I prefer but you have to get used to it caking up. Also seems to lose effectiveness quickly so have to use it up as fast as you can
