I use them for inserts in diabetic slippers. They were everything I was hoping for. I cut them to size, and they fit perfectly. They really do a good job in cushioning my feet.

I am an old guy and wonder if my feet are just wearing out. I suffer from a mild case of plantar fasciitis. These gel inserts are a God send to my issue. I immediately put them in my work shoes that I wear to work in the garage and yard. The difference was wonderful and I am thankful for this product. The stated size on the package was 7 - 11. I wear a size 12 and these fit perfectly in my shoes as if they were made for them, so I am happy with the size. They are marked for trimming to smaller sizes.

Yes...and they work extremely well. The cushioning gel provides true comfort throughout the day. They are effective in any type shoe. This includes work shoes, boots, casual shoes, and sneakers. The insoles are also easy to insert in your footwear and ar very comfortable. These insoles work like a shock absorber on a car. They lessen the "shock" as you work , walk or play. These insoles are a great addition to your shoes and will take the strain off of your feet.

My husband has been wearing the SofComfort Men's Everyday Gel Insole 2-Pack One Size Fits All, for about a week now, and definitely feels there is a difference. He was able to size the insoles in a matter of minutes and said they didn't make his shoes feel tighter. He enjoys the extra comfort SofComfort Men's Everyday Gel Insoles provide when standing for extended periods of time.

They don't provide any support and seem to flatten after a short bit of wear. These are not for long term use or for people who are constantly on their feet.

These were worn by my son and this is his take on the shoe inserts. Insoles:The SofComfort Men's everyday gel insoles are just okay. At first when you put them in they feel mushy in a bad way like you're going to slip and fall from stepping on slime. They break in and get better with wear but they aren't quite thick enough to provide adequate comfort on the foot. If you're not needing a lot of comfort then they might be the ones for you but if needing a high level of comfort, you might want to try others.

Be sure to get insoles in a hard shell plastic package. They will substitute inferior items in plastic bags if the others are not in stock.

These insoles are not wide enough to fit inside a mens shoe. Only purchase if you wear very narrow shoes
