I had heard cayenne could help with cold hands and feet and help the blood circulation. I always have cold feet and cold hands. It has most definitely brought the circulation back to these areas. Now I notice when I don't take it that my feet get cold again.

This seems like a good quality cayenne extract. I take this along with garlic and turmeric supplements because those 3 ingredients have been shown in clinical trials to offer some synergistic benefits. One thing to note is that I can sometimes feel the heat in my stomach from the cayenne.

I've used this product for years. Because I have an issue with swallowing pills, I open the capsules and sprinkle it onto my food. It's extremely spicy and extremely delicious! This is my go-to brand for anything cayenne.

Package arrived quickly and in good shape. This was a great price for this particular brand. This particular product is priced much higher on different sites. I am using to help lower blood pressure.

Great size! Does what it says, helps with circulation and energy. If you are considering this, get it. Brand seems to be excellent. I use this brand in other supplements.

Cayenne pepper has some literature that it helps with weight loss to some extend, therefore there is science behind it! Good value as well and good size of bottle

These are a wonderful addition to my daily supplements! I like that there's no aftertaste and they seem to give me a little more energy than I normally have.

Bought these after doing some research that showed Cayenne can help reduce systemic inflammation. Just started taking them but love that they are vegetarian!

Though I fully believe cayenne is a great supplement, I didn't notice any benefit for circulation or anything else. I will say that it didn't hurt/burn my stomach at all.
