The first cayenne capsules I tried burned my stomach terribly. These are much more tolerable. I haven't had follow up labs yet to determine how effective they are though

I have been taking Cayenne for 26 yrs. Every year I get an EKG. i am 76 and my doctor tells me I have a great heart. The assistant said how is it that your heart is in such good shape. I said I never smoked, take lots of vitamins and have taken Cayenne for 26 yrs.

This was my first time trying a cayenne supplement. I've always wanted to, but was worried about how it would affect my stomach. When I read that the Solaray Cool Cayenne brand doesn't cause problems with digestion or in the stomach, I ordered it. So far I've taken it everyday since I received the order. No problems at all. I sit up straight or stand whenever I take any supplements, so that they go straight down. This product has been great, most days I've had no bloating and if I do, it's so much less than normal for me. My energy level is way up, which is unusual for me. I feel like my appetite is changing, because I'm eating less than usual. I don't need to lose weight, but if you're someone who wants something to curb your appetite, I would recommend taking the Solaray Cool Cayenne. Of course supplements don't always work the same for everyone. I just want to say that this one is working for me and I will continue to purchase it! Delivery was quick to and I love that because I always forget to order my supplements before they run out.

This is a great way to safely thin your blood, and open the capillaries, verses aspirin. The cool cayenne still works, but doesn't cause the heartburn

I've taken this brand for a few years, I like it so much better than the others because it does not give me an upset stomach.

Husband took a capsule dissolved in water when he felt heart pain. Was able to be helped about 3 days. Didn't upset his stomach.
