So far, I've been taking this to help with my increase estrogen filtering through my liver. I have prolonge periods so this kind of helped lighten my period. This is my first time trying this brand!

Finished my first bottle and ordered another as I am experiencing relief I hoped for.

I have been using this for my dog since October of 2021. He has high liver enzymes and a holistic vet recommended it to me (this particular brand and dosage). He is 13 1/2 and weighs about 115 pounds. I really thought that I was going to lose him but he is still hanging in there, eating well and still going outside to do his business. We can take him on short walks...I'm sure he would like to go longer but his arthritis is too hard on him. He is also on an Omega 3 Vitamin Supplement and one prescription drug. I don't know how much the Milk Thistle is working for him but I don't want to take any chances by discontinuing it. It appears that this 3 way combination is working for him and I am so happy to still have my big guy. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I'm not sure how well this particular supplement is doing on its own since there are 2 other medications involved.
