I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle and following the recommended dosage. I honestly can't say how I'm doing because of the product. Actually, I'm taking it because of what's supposed to be in it and I understand it's supposed to be good for me. You might say I'm just hedging my bet. I don't feel any different than before I started. I walk about 2 miles daily and take a handful of vitamin supplements each morning with my breakfast. I just don't feel any different because of the product. My next bottle may be my last as it doesn't come cheap. Thanks
