I like that this vitamin is packed with minerals...I have noticed an increase in energy and my hair, nails, and eyelashes seem stronger and fuller. I highly recommend this product to become a part of your health and wellness regimen... The best thing about these capsules is that they are easy to swallow! A lot of daily vitamins are horse pills. I trust Solaray and I have not been disappointed.

It is not a small capsule but it is easy to swallow, no after taste. I selected this product based on the complexity of minerals contained, since many of them such as zinc, have a tendency to kick other minerals out of the cell if not properly balanced( ex copper, chromium), also the blend of herbal support and multiple vitamins, which seem to make this item so complex. Solaray is one of my favorite brands because I always had good experience with their products.

They have worked great for me, all the ingredients combined make it so I don't have to take anything else. The smell and taste is not the best but it's to be expected. I take them daily with some pineapple juice and don't feel it. The size of the pills is big, and the packaging lasts for a month

I chose this supplement because I like its composition and ingredients. I have a low appetite and mild anemia so I need it especially that it has iron in it. However It causes constipation which is expected when taking a supplement with iron but will try to fix that issue.

I've used many (MANY) brands of women's multivitamins in this price range over the years, and this one stands out as above average. I know it's obviously hard to tell if a multivitamin is actually doing anything, but I did feel like my nails were stronger and my body was working more smoothly--if that makes sense.

This product gave me ALOT of energy!! I even reduced it to 2 pills instead of 3 per day to make sure i can rest enough. I would give it 5 stars...but I'm not sure i feel good about the soy in it. I take natural tofu and feel much better when i do, but not sure of taking it in supplement form. I am 50 years old, 5 stars for eneegy boosting!

Wasn't aware that this one had gelatin. This is only week 2. So far, it's ok. It doesn't contain iron which is a plus - they should put that on the front of the label. I don't know why it's called Women's Golden. Anyway, I take the contents out of the gelatin capsules and put them in a drink. Problem solved. Will be able to say if this works in a few weeks.
