Solaray is a good supplement company

I've never tried the product before a friend suggested I get some. This is the way she takes her vitamin C, so far to thumbs up.

I like that this vitamin C is food-sourced (fruit of rose plant), and because it's in capsules, I can open one and sprinkle controlled amounts on salads, cole slaw, or even on my dog's moist foods.

Smells good. Taste like nothing at all. Good size. Nice price.

Good product without all the extra added ingredients that are not needed in the product.

I don't usually review, but this is so much better than other types of C. I can't really describe it, but I feel a lot better....more energy, less water retention.
