Solaray Rhodiola Root Extract is one of a few brands of Rhodiola Rosea that I've used. I use and have used other Solaray supplements. The label says it's vegan, lab verified, non GMO, and was manufactured in a GMP certified facility. Solaray Rhodiola Root Extract seems to help with some of the stressors that I'm being exposed to. However, you should do your own research and/or consult with knowledgeable medical professionals to determine if it's right for you.

I've only been taking this for about a week but I do feel as though I have more energy with it. I am hopeful that it will help with stress management as well.

This herb is an adaptogen, which means it helps you adapt to stress. I feel it works great for me and I am always comfortable with this brand no matter what supplement I take. I take this when I'm having or when I'm anticipating alot of stress, and then it helps me sleep and relax, and calms me. I sleep better when I take it. When I take this I'm usually also taking ashwagandha, which I call my 'happy pill'. I depend on both products.

This is the brand I've used before and I typically have felt better and lost a few lbs after taking it for a while. Not scientific evidence of its efficacy but I'm confident in this brand. Came delivered as expected.

I feel that other supplements get more of the praise when it comes to adaptogenics. . . when Rhodiola is LITERALLY A SUPERHERO! I work in a stressful environment. . . with this supplement by my side I feel like I've got a bubble of protection around me as I face the day!
