Is tolerable to take
I take one of these every other day ( don't care to do it everyday) and find that it does help with my stress. I recommend this.

Very disappointed
I can't use these. The taste is horrible. I feel like I wasted my money. They are so large that I can't even cut them in half and swallow them.

Bad Taste
If I could give this less than one star I would. The taste was so terrible I had to rinse my mouth a lot to get rid of that awful taste.
