It definitely HELPS!!! Can cause constipation - so get fiber/ prune juice, etc. But worth it!!!

Good formulation. Good price with fast delivery. Only negative is large size of caplet. But it is smooth so swallows without difficulty.

Questionable quality.
I just bought this product: Calcium Magnesium Citrate 100 tablets. In the smaller print it states that the magnesium is: as oxide, citrate. I bought it because it stated in large letters it was Magnesium Citrate as I am very aware Magnesium Oxide is poorly obsorbed by the body and basically useless. I feel cheated because for all I know the percentage of actual of actual Citrate it contains could be as low as 1%. I was looking for and thought I had bought Magnesium Citrate but later discovered I bought a diluted version. If it stated clearly in large letters on the label it was a mixture of Oxide and Citrate I would have avoided it.
