Solgar Ester-C® Plus, Vitamin C, 1,000 mg, 180 Tablets

In my search for letter vitamins and minerals I started out with multivitamins and, after researching the benefits of each one in the ingredients list of the multivitamins I simply picked out which of the vitamins and minerals would MOST interest and benefit me right now. So, for most people, the interest would be in Vitamins A, the Bs (such as B6, B9, and B12 - although I found a B complex that gives a sufficient amount of all the B vitamins: 1 - 3, 5 - 7, 9 and 12), C, D (some of which is found in Calcium supplements, because the body needs Vitamin D to absorb Calcium), and some people may decide to incorporate Vitamin E into their diet. Some of the minerals, and other supplements that are popular are Zinc, Calcium, Phosphorus, Biotin, Collagen, any of the Omega fatty acids (3s, 6s, and 9s, although there are 5s, and 7s), and so on. As for the Vitamin Cs, I saw some with higher concentrations per dose, and that nice, as I wanted to take 1 capsule daily, if possible, or else take 1 even if 2 were advisable, because it would save money that way. These Vitamin Cs have among the most capsules per bottle and the highest concentration of Vitamin C per dose...along with other benefits, like rose hip. It's a plus to find one concept that is blended with other concepts, such as finding a multitool item, like a swiss army knife or a multitool carabiner, or a flashlight with multiple light settings and a magnetic handle...or even a cane umbrella or walking stick blended with self-defense capabilities. I would recommend, especially if you enjoy all-in-one extra benefits as I do.

Excellent quality Ester C. Easy on the tummy...It also has a fresh, citrus fragrance making it very appealing to consume. I've had great results using this product. It is my favorite Vitamin C.

I have found that Ester C is more effective than the vitamin C most folks buy - aka Ascorbic Avid. And the Swanson brand is much easier to swallow than others I've tried.

Give it a 4 because it look different( the pills),missing some thing, but it a great product, been using it for for over 20 years, it very gentle on stomach, it work still, might be only this bottle, but I see on the next order and get back to you. Have a good day!

These tablets are too large to swallow and don’t have any coating. They are too hard to be chewable and taste bitter.
