I need the Calcium Magnesium Citrate as part of my daily medicine intake and find this brand to be very effective. Given they're a lg pill, they're an easy pill to ingest due to the oval shape and the fact they slide down the throat easily. I find this brand to be reliable in providing me the amount of magnesium I need per pill and worthwhile in cost. They're a recommended brand through ConsumerLab.com, which is an independent lab that evaluates the validity of vitamins. Monique
I have been using this product for many years. It is great.
good calcium product. Good price. Bought several times.
Has all the best, especially Calcium in Citrate form.
Quality "non GMO" supplement. I have to take calcium daily after having 2 parathyroid removed. Of the different varieties I've tried over the years Solgar has been the best for me.
Calcium and magnesium citrate is the most absorbable form of these 2 minerals and nobody's reputation in the supplement industry exceeds Solgar's; an unbeatable combination for choosing a product
Only 5 per day required Easy to swallow
Effective and is well absorbed in the citrate form. And great for relieving painful cramps.
It was not what I wanted, didn't even open it. I won't take 5giant pills a day. My mistake. Had to reorder magnesium citrate.
I just bought this product: Calcium Magnesium Citrate 100 tablets. In the smaller print it states that the magnesium is: as oxide, citrate. I bought it because it stated in large letters it was Magnesium Citrate as I am very aware Magnesium Oxide is poorly obsorbed by the body and basically useless. I feel cheated because for all I know the percentage of actual of actual Citrate it contains could be as low as 1%. I was looking for and thought I had bought Magnesium Citrate but later discovered I bought a diluted version. If it stated clearly in large letters on the label it was a mixture of Oxide and Citrate I would have avoided it.
