Solgar Vitamin B-6 25mg 100 Tablet

This vitamin was suggested to me by a cardiologist in 1987. I was retaining a lot of water during my periods. I used to feel like my brain was sloshing in my head. I thought I was going crazy but the doctor assure me, I was normal. He suggested taking this vitamin before bed time because it also produces calmness. It solved my problem. I have kept up with it. But my husband further convinced me it will work to calm your nerves. In the 90's my husband told me he was feeling very "strange". He felt as if he wanted to run out of the house and just keep running and running. So I gave him one of my B6 tablets and told him to lay on the couch and take a nap. An hour later he came back to ask me, what had I given him. That feeling had completely disappeared. It will work better than any anxiety medicine and is not habit forming. It's worth taking on a daily basis or keep in your medicine cabinet.

My husband and I take Vitamin B6 as an important part of our daily dietary supplements because it activates enzymes, helps the absorption of Vitamin B12, aids red blood cell formation and heart health, and promotes nervous system and normal brain function. It's small in size and easy to swallow, it doesn't hurt my stomach, I take it usually with food. my doctor suggested vit b6 for morning sickness 25mg 3/d and when I tried this product for few days , I was able to see a big improvement.

I have been looking for these vitamins, and was so happy to find them on walmart.com. They were quickly delivered and taking them. I can already feel the effects.

i used this vitamin while i was pregnant for nuances but its of it and half of a sleeping pill, your doctor can give you the name. it worked wonders and it was recommended by a doctor.

4 out of 5 stars because it took about a week to arrive and half of bottle of was a filled with a cotton swab. Arrived in good condition. Nice to find a vitamin that's vegan friendly. My doctor recommended it as a natural option for nausea. Easy to swallow and no bitter taste. FYI it's a glass bottle so be careful if traveling with it.

I bought these as a multiple bottle order. The minor negative comment I have is that either the powder from which they are constituted seems to have not have been optimally prepared or if not, it may be that they have simply been inadequately compressed when making these tablets. There was a fair amount of powder residue from the tablets abrading themselves in the bottle when initially opened, which would not be an issue in and of itself, however it is also difficult to reliably cleave them using a pill splitter-without having a fair number of them crumble in the process. Admittedly, for many/most people this would not be an issue at all, but it may be for those who wish to take this amount daily but as 2 doses rather than as a single daily dose, or perhaps only half per day (for whatever reason).

Doctor recommended me this for my nauseous, but Im guess Im just one of the unlucky that this does not help.
