Good TV came on time We just need the FedEx or UPS or whoever is delivering our packages. Don't leave it in unsecured place when we have a mail room in a big locker. That's all they need to care about our package not just drop it off anywhere but I caught the driver as he was coming in
Great beautiful big screen TV. I love watching tv and movies all over again. The sound is not the greatest. I added a Sony sound bar and subwoofer and I am still not 100% pleased with the sound and it is frustrating how the commericals get WAY TOO LOUD. I may try a new sound system but otherwise the tv is beautiful.
It is good. It has trouble staying connected to TV sound system. It works and in the middle of a show or movie, it stops. A remote that glowed, would be nice. It is small and you can't see it and in a darker room, you need a flashlight. If not for sound to during play, it would be much higher rated by me.
This Sony google tv has a very poor picture quality.and it does not let you adjust brightness and some other features. For what I read, the tv adjust those features automatically based on the room lighting, however I don't think it does a great job. I have not tried to adjust volume features but the factory settings are also poor because the volume is very low.
tv randomly goes black. at other times the sound will either stop working or will reverberate like a record player skipping. I've only owned it 2 months and am likely going to have to send it to warranty department since it's past the 30-day walmart return period
I have only had this little over a month and it has issues ,,, the volume will not work ,, we noticed about a week in that it had a delay when turning up or down and now it won't work at all .. it shows on the screen your turning the volume up or down but nothing happens .. I read the reviews and this had really good feedback it I don't recommend at all
Received a damaged non-working TV. The Television did not work at all. When the TV was removed from the box and the twas a crack inside the screen on the right side of the screen. Hooked up to check if working and there is no picture or sound. Will be returning.
This is the second time I purchased a Sony Television. Both times the product came delivered with a broken screen. I ended up buying another television right after returning this one for a refund. I am a very very disappointed customer in this Sony television purchase for the second time.
I received my Sony TV and the screen was damaged. Initially I thought it was an issue with the film that was covering the screen but then tried to peel off the film and there wasn't any. It seems to be a common theme I see in the reviews for this TV with damaged TVs. I thought I would be lucky enough to get an undamaged TV. Don't buy it! Walmart will not ship you a new TV until they receive the damaged TV in the warehouse so that they can inspect how damaged the screen is. In the meantime, you've already paid them and don't have a TV until they decide that the TV really is damaged and they decide to send you a new one. During this time, there is a chance the TV could sell out while you are waiting for the damaged TV to be delivered back to the warehouse for inspection. I'm not sure why Walmart doesn't send one out once the TV has been received by the shipping service. I'm guessing it's a trust issue where people have put a heavy rock in place of the TV hoping no one would notice. Just avoid the hassle and any TV from Amazon or Costco and you won't have to deal with the headaches.
I purchased this Sony TV twice and returned it twice. The first unit showed rainbow discoloration on white screens. The replacement had extremely poor dark-scene performance—night scenes were almost completely black and unwatchable. Very disappointing quality control for such an expensive brand. I would not buy this again.
