Sopito French Fry Cutter for Potatoes, Stainless Steel Professional Potato Cutter with 1/2inch Blade

It cuts great looking fries of a nice size. Being my first French fry cutter it took a few minutes to understand assembly and how it works. I've used it on sweet potatoes microwaved for a minute and a half then cut in half to better fit the device. Only down side is that it can't be stored in the box came in.

My daughter wouldn't even wait for Christmas soon as box was delivered knew what it was. She wanted French fries and burgers for dinner. So I gladly gave her a good Christmas and we all loved the fries. If you need a potato cutter this is a great option

The 3/8 cutter will give you fries similar to Friendly's or Friday's. And it's consistent! Takes less then a minute to put together. Your just screwing in the handle for the press. If you want fries similar to McDonald's you might want to try the 1/4 inch. The press feels pretty durable and is easy to clean; I don't use a dishwasher. I only use it to make large batches of fries to freeze for later. Make sure you cut the top of your potatoes to make a flat surface for the press to work properly. Can't comment on the suction cup holder as I have no place in the kitchen to put it. A great way to make fries if you hate having to cut them yourself.

This thing is really slick. It takes about one minute to turn three or four large potatoes into large french fries. The entire contraption dunks into the dish water and is easy to wash with a brush. It does disassemble for cleaning, but pay close attention to how it goes together as there is a definite way things have to go together.

Was able to cut almost 10lbs of potatoes in less than a few minutes. So much more efficient than cutting by hand. I would 100% recommend this product! It's easy to use, no issues with it popping off the counter when slicing.

Had a lightweight slicer earlier. This is much easier to use, clean , and definitely does a great job!

I love this French fry cutter! the only issue I have is that it didn't come with the shoestring fry blade. I like my fries skinny but it cuts extremely well and it's very easy to clean. to avoid being cut use a long dishwashing brush. that's what I used. for russet potatoes, I'd peel them first if you're going to bake them but the peeling should be okay if you plan to fry them. it's definitely worth the money!

The slicer/cutter is a good product, however it was received with missing screw cap, and the blades are VERY VERY sharp. Danger

i thought i ordered the one with 2 blades. Also, it only has one suction cup on it when it should have 2. . that's not safe at all. there is no handle to cover the actual handle. this product in my opinion is not safe at all. its not at all what i expected.

Handle missing tried to use it anyway blades not really sharp enough to actually cut 1/4 potato into a French fry from the images I thought it would be a sturdy product that I could at least use the cutting blades! I would have been better off buying cheapest model not much you can do when part missing ! How do you return something when parts are missing ! Guess It's best to not buy on line kind of like throwing money out the window!
