I think that this is a very good product at an excellent price. But, if I had my choice, I wish that the vegetable coating could be a "color". I take a number of supplements with veggie cap coatings, and it's hard to tell them apart. Maybe each group of products (ie digestive enzymes, probiotics, etc.) could be colored differently

I had problems in digesting food for a while now, and tried some other products as well. Nothing worked. But this product actually worked for me. I feel better. No more bloating and indigestion.

...I just can't conclude that they've done anything for me. I eat a lot of fiber (~35-40 grams/day); probably too much. I was hoping the enzymes would help me digest my food better. I can't decide whether they've truly helped or not. I've been taking one/day w/ breakfast for about 2 wks now. Maybe I was hoping to see a drastic improvement/got my hopes up too high? I've also tried to cut back some on soluble fiber & added a bit more INsoluble, which has improved my stool quality, shall we say?
