I've tried other combination products to "take the edge off" with very mixed and unsatisfactory results. At one time or another everyone in our family uses this product. It helps the day go better with absolutely no sense of feeling drugged or worry about taking too much. In the two years we have used this product, none of us or our friends who are now taking it too, have ever experienced any negative side-effects. It provides what the body needs to manage stress. I make sure to keep plenty on hand so we never run out.

I've tried a lot of various versions of theanine supplements and this one has become my very favorite. It's calming but doesn't make me sleepy, steadying for the nerves but doesn't interfere with good excitement. It helps me sleep at night and gives me a good, calm start to the day when I need it, too. I am a musician and regularly play performances and if for any reason I'm a little nervous (which doesn't happen that often) a couple of these steady me right up in the most pleasant way. I love this product! One thing- the pills are tablets and not capsules and rather large so they can be hard to take. I mostly don't have a problem with this but I can see where they might be hard for some to deal with.

I´ve had problems sleeping for the past years and can say that this product helps my sleep quality. I know that when I run out (due to my laziness in re-ordering) I sleep more irregularly. Thanks to Swanson for providing such a helpful supplement, I recomended.
