I think it's my favorite GABA. I tried many different kinds and this one the best. It calms nervous system very fast. Just 3 times a day and especially before sleep, because after taking GABA you even sleep better.

Source Naturals Gaba Calm is my favorite supplement with composition that I can incorporate with other supplements I take. Taste is great, I particularly love the Orange flavor. The Tyrosine portion is enough to counteract the Gaba if it makes you drowsy or otherwise lowers blood pressure. Size of the Lozenges is fine

Started using GABA after reading about it on Trudy Scott's website. It is quality product with low dose GAba, as you should start slowly. I don't love the taste but it is very bearable. If I wake at night and can't go to sleep, I take one and it instantly calms me, helping me to go back to sleep. Always take away from food, especially proteins.

This product is amazing. I use it in conjunction with melatonin, and it's been a game changer. It calms my brain before sleep, and the quality of my sleep has vastly improved. I will continue to use this product because I can feel a genuine benefit. The lozenges taste pleasant too.

Love the taste of the orange lozenge, and the convenience of taking them with me on the go. The orange lozenge has a milder flavor than the peppermint, so I prefer using the orange when I wake up in the middle of the night. The peppermint lozenge is great during the day. The only downside of the lozenges for me is the ingredients. I would prefer the lozenges not contain sorbitol and mannitol, but then they probably wouldn't taste as good. Very happy with the quality of the items I've received from Source Naturals.

I had very tight muscles, especially my calves, was in a lot of pain and was having a hard time getting to sleep so I tried this and my muscles are so much more relaxed! It really helps calm you down and feel more relaxed. I take a few a day. Wish I bought this a lot sooner.

I'm not sure how this works, but it does. It benefits me by calming my senses down. I use them before bedtime. The taste is okay. Don't chew. Don't swallow. Just let them melt in your mouth. This is a good quality product. The price is decent. Packaging is on point.

I've suffered from chronic insomnia for over twenty years & took pharmaceuticals for approx. 15 years to address it. I've been prescription medicine free for almost a year now. Gaba Calm is an integral part of my successful insomnia mangement program. I used to take it when I woke up in the middle of the next, finding the sublingual tablets to thankfully be fast acting. Lately I switched to taking it when I go to bed & as a result have been able to stay asleep longer, getting an even better night of sleep. Other natural sleep products I've tried have not made as significant of a difference for me. I prefer the orange flavor to the peppermint flavor, because I find it more soothing.

Since I discovered this product I cannot stay without: it tastes great, I take 3 tabs those nights that I wake up in the middle of the night and find it difficult to fall in a sleep again, with these tabs in 30mins I fall in a sleep and feel very relaxed:)

Taste is not bad. Neither is the texture. They dissolve easily. I did notice an effect the fist few times I took it, but after several doses, it felt like I didn't feel anything anymore. I continued to take the entire bottle since I already had it. I been experiencing a lot more stress at work and was told Gaba might help. Would probably not repurchase.
