Perfect for me !
I think it's my favorite GABA. I tried many different kinds and this one the best. It calms nervous system very fast. Just 3 times a day and especially before sleep, because after taking GABA you even sleep better.

GABA CALM improves mood by calming nerves.
I wish I would have known about GABA decades ago. This product has a very calming effect. I can concentrate on what I want to do rather than spending energy dealing with depression and anxiety. One caveat regarding shipping, not the product, is that it took ALL DAY for OnTrac to deliver the shipment. So, don't wait around thinking it will get delivered early like other companies.

Helps with relaxation
I have been taking these for some time now with shoden ashwanga root and L-thyiene and it really helps me relax for sleep. Would recommend.

Great GABA boost!
I take 500mg of GABA daily, but sometimes I do need a little extra, especially to help me sleep. The GABA Calm has just enough in it to give me that boost and help be through my day (or night). I take it with me everywhere I go just in case!

Gaba Calm
I was very disappointed in Gaba Calm. I bought 3 bottles - one for my daughter and 2 for myself. Neither of us noticed any difference. I feel it was a waste of my money.
