The drawer assembly comes first. Make SURE you follow the instructions to the T!! Also pay special attention to the placement of the pieces during assembly in the pictures. The stand itself is pretty straight forward. You will definitely end up with a good looking piece of furniture when completed. All of the hardware comes separated for each major step, really makes it nice. I had no difficulty in putting this together.

This nightstand has a classic look and is very sturdy - it was very easy to assemble and truly has the look of other nightstands that I was looking at that cost up to $300 or more. the single draw opens and closes smoothly and I would recommend this particular item to anyone who is in need of a new look at a very affordable price.

Great piece. I am a 63 year old grandma and I had no problem with assembly. I read all instructions first then followed assembly step by step. It went together great. Easy least. Looks great with granddaughters bedroom furniture

The nightstand was very easy to put together. You will need two people to assemble it. The directions could be a little better and some more detail. All in all it took about 45 minutes to put together. Once together it is very solid and looks very nice. .

Actually arrived one day earlier than expected. Liked the fact that other matching items were available to compliment this stand. Easy assembly. I did add wood glue to joints for added stability.

Bought for my 8 yr olds room. It's a cute piece for the price. Took about an hour to assemble. Made of cheap press board/ press wood but seems sturdy so far. I would purchase again.

I know this isn't a quality piece of furniture, however I'm not sure it's worth the price. The back is just paper that is nailed on and the drawer rails are plastic. Our particular box came missing the bottom piece for the drawer. Assembly was simple and straightforward (aside from missing a crucial piece). We contacted the company and they mailed us the missing piece the following week. Underwhelmed.

While attempting to put this piece together, my husband discovered that the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled large enough. No way to fix it without ruining the board, since this piece is not real wood. It's being returned and I will get a different side table somewhere else.

Did not come with all the parts necessary to complete the night table. Now I have to go through the nonsense of getting the part that is missing , through a tedious process.
