I’ll never forgive Anthony bourdain, he made spam famous and now it’s not .99 cents for this anymore. And in fact I can only afford it for actual special occasion ramen. It’s so good. I wish folks knew they would sell more of it wasn’t so expensive but oh well
The first time I bought it my mom tasted it and loved it, it tastes really good, ideal for sandwiches, light seasoning n cooked down, good with calaloo also ackee . Give it a try
great for a quick meal. I can remember eating this Spam as a child . My mom could afford to buy this for 5 kids that were still at home , For us it was like eating a steak 🥩 yummy
If you're going to eat processed meats/junk food, this is the way to go. Delicious thin cut fried for sandwiches, fried rice, spam masubi etc. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
well when I use Spam in the past it was always good I you know it's got a lot of fat around it but it lasts a long time in the 10 and I'm actually going to chop it up and use it in making some bean soup that's what I usually do to add it as a supplement into something that requires some meat I actually have not tasted this since I've not opened it and it's different because it has baked in it and that's the first spam I've ever gotten I thought it might be good to try it with the Hormel bacon but spammed me always tastes good I mean it's extremely salty so I thought when it's cooked with the beans you know it would lose some of the salt and I just won't solve the beans in
We live all the Spam products you sell. Our very favorite is Bacon and Jalapeño. They are perfect for when we just need something to tide us over till meal time.
Revered as a luxury in South Korea! Enjoyed as a quick and easy convenience food here in the U.S. But either way, it just tastes good. I enjoy it fried up with a slice of melted chedder cheese, served on a soft brioche bun. YUMMY!!
Spam, being 65 yrs old, I have had my share of it. It stands for Spiced Ham, from the old days, anyways. Spam is spam, not bad, but now that they have different kinds of it, or I should say, Flavors, I have tried it again. I had so much of it at home growing up, I just couldnt buy it much aymore, but it is getting better, or I just dont care anymore because food cost so much. I digress.... Spam Bacon is good, slice it thin, and cook it, low and slow and its a decent piece of meat to eat day or night. I dont eat it out of the can, but you can, making salads and other things. It has good decent protein in it and it stores will in the cupboards or pantieris with ease. I will try more flavors later.
Very good product at a good price. Fried and topped with melted cheese on toast and mayo makes a very tasty hot sandwich. I highly recommend you try it.hot
The product is cool. I got it on sale. The low rating is because of the packaging. I get it, I really do... It's crazy there. This could've been way better and in a short amount of time. Literally 2X6 stack > wrap a paper bag around it > a piece of tape > put it in the plastic bag. This was literally 12 spam cans tossed in with half a paper bag for whatever reason (it can't be padding). I had an order where spam wasn't properly done, packs got damaged etc and seals broke open,,. things were rancid. Packs were damaged here but luckily nothing opened.
