Nice little bird bath! Solar fountain is cool and works to well. I ended up taking removable nozzle and it bubbled much better, no more over spraying.

It looks like real copper from a distance, seems durable. Just not deep enough during extremely hot weather you need to keep an eye on water level due to evaporation and water bouncing out from spray. Solar spray fountain still working great after 3 weeks, I have bought a solar fountain before (different company) that didn't last 3 days. I moved the fountain to a deeper container because I couldn't monitor water level consistently and didn't want the motor mechanism to burn out. Still like the bowl for a bird bath anyway.

Picture shows a round bowl, it is oval. No Biggie! The only downfall I find is you constantly have to fill the bowl. Love the copper color and appearance as well. My suggestion would be that the bowl be deeper and a bit larger. I would recommend to this bird bath to buyers as you will find it is well made and works great!

The birds some them enjoy it however, the flaw is the solar pump. To start, birds get in the water and actually stay on top of the spray of the pump. 0n the other hand, The solar mechanism though shoots water somewhat vicariously not falling back in bath continually. This lowers the full enjoyment.

Fountain shoots water high, so you have to refill often. Ended up drilling the holes out larger so it doesn't shoot as high. Starts working immediately when the sun hits it.

First, the one I got came from VivoHome, but it is identical with the Specstar. Like others, I found that if you use the fountain heads included, you run out of water twice or more each day. I solved that problem by simply not using any of them and the water lasts for about a week and the birds seem to like it. I did have to put a couple of plastic door stops under it to level it on my railing.

This birdbath has 5 water heads and all make the water shoot outside of the bath. I see the birds more scared away than intrigued to use it…. And I bought two. The solar panels are so sensitive that they don't work unless in direct sunlight. Because the water is shot out through the fountain heads, I am constantly refilling. Not to mention the solar motor runs even when there is no water. Needless to say, not what I was hoping for.

I just received my bird bath opened it up and I was so disappointed I'm in tears you can't understand the directions the assembly is so difficult I just threw it back in the box .

It does not look like the picture. It is a big piece of plastic that smells like it has fresh gold spray paint. The screw does not fit in the part that is supposed to tighten the feeder. I am returning the item, really disappointed.

The container is much too deep; birds will not get into deep water. The solar device must be in direct sunlight at all times. There is no place on the container for a bird to land. The entire design is "pretty" but essentialy useless. The solar device takes up most of the container. It would not fit just any railing. Instructions were ok, but not entirely helpful as there were four plastic rods included which I never figured out what they were for. Get a solar device with the solar panel attached to a wire so the panel can be placed in the sun. These solar panels have to be put in the water.
