Been wearing Spenco inserts for 30 years. No other insert is as good as Spenco. the diabetic series is the top of the line even if you don't have diabetes.

helps my neuropathy
I've just started wearing these, but so far, they are performing better than the prescription ones. i have neuropathy in my feet, and while I will always have pain, these inserts have lessened its intensity.

Insoles don't seem to last very long. The foam starts to go in toe area and the heel will eventually get sore. Wish they were more durable.
