Great to use in all your recipes. Awesome in eggs or hash. The convenience factor had a lot to do with this purchase. Sometimes I need an onion and what I have is NOT ok or I end up not having one and I forgot to buy any. I absolutely LOVE having this in the cupboard (or fridge if I've had to use already)

I love that I don't have to have onions going bad on me anymore. I'm not a huge fan of onions, but I do like a small amount for flavor, so this works out perfect for me. I have been doing this with garlic for years, why not onions?! Love this product!

i love that it comes in a resealable jar!! this is a gamechanger in the kitchen!! i use it for cooking all the time and it cuts out all that onion chopping! i used it for stir fry, sauces, stews...awesome kitchen staple!!

HUGE TIME SAVER! I love this little jar and the fact that it is basically swirling around in onion juice... sometimes I just use a spoon and hold back the onions and pour the juice. great stuff!

Easy minced onions for a non-pocket breaking price. I love to make great food. I use a lot of seasonings, herbs, spices, etc. If I can save steps or time, however, I like that also. Simply, these are great for when you need minced onions. As an added note to Walmart: Generally, the options given for "Things you might consider in your review" are pretty pedestrian at best, and downright goofy sometimes. How do you even come up with these? In this particular case, they are: Vinegar, Shelf life, Sandwiches, Pizza. With the exception of "shelf life," these options would not make for a particularly helpful review.

Texture and taste isn't what I anticipated texture is very over done in the cooking process. It's almost a slimy and be taste. Isn't there because they're over processed. Ask for the price and would I use them again in a quick and easy something I was making possibly, but on average weekly thing now I would be using them weekly. I would have one hand for emergencies.

i was excited to find jarred onions as i don't care for the frozen ones and fresh ones don't last around my house. This product does not have a good taste, the onions are soggy and I didn't use them in anything where they improved the taste. Kinda pricey, too. I'll avoid them.

i have trouble cutting onions due to some paralysis and weak muscles in my hands. i was hoping this would be the answer sadly, i did not like the taste of the product it had an old, musty taste. i tried it twice but the taste of the onion was all i could taste. unfortunately i had to throw away b the rest.
