Another great time saver...
Use jarlick in any Chinese dish and you up it a notch. Not as strong as minced garlic so need to use more than you think or more than called for. Don't bother getting this small jar, you will only be going back for the bigger one real soon.

Easy to use
So much nicer to use this in recipes rather than peeling and chopping fresh garlic. its ready whenever needed. Flavorful and stores easily in refrigerator.

This sounded like a very good product. But once I used it, it turned out to be a thick mess that couldn't be basted onto food. Once cooked, no garlic could be tasted.
