Perfect color!
This product is the color I have been searching for for months in the stores. So happy I finally found it! And it was delivered right to my door. Yay!

The product was packaged nicely and came with everything I needed. The color didn't come out exactly as I had hoped but being semipermanent I knew would be a possibility.

Great color, but shipping was crazy
We love Blue By You so much. Always great coverage and it lasts and lasts. 4 stars instead of 5 is because for some reason it was shipped via USPS with signature required. I mean, seriously, for hair color???? Missed the original delivery and had to go to the PO to get the package.

Not as expected
Followed the directions completely and when the color cream was washed out no color stayed. The only rule broken was we left it in for 45 minutes not 30.

If Your AA And As You Can See The Box Say No Bleach Needed Well They Lied I Tried To Dye My Hair And I'm AA And After 30 Minutes Went By And I Went To Wash My Hair The Color Came Right Out Only Thing That Had Color Was My Hands Smh Y'all Better Off Going To The Hair store To Get Some Hair Dye Honestly
