Ever since I started taking Evening Primrose, I just plain feel better. Not sure what the benefits are supposed to be, but my mental attitude is up and I feel happier as well as my energy and determination to stay on tasks and goals is better. Maybe it is just a placebo but I love it.

I also take a dry-eye oil supplement and when I first added this to my current medications, my face started to break out. So I experimented by taking half the dose (one capsule of each instead of two capsules of each) and it's working great! I have been on this combination for almost two years and it has relieved my cramps and headaches so that I rarely think about (or complain) that problem anymore. I would recommend this product to any woman with menstrual issues! At least give it a try and see what it can do for you. The capsules are relatively inexpensive and even though they are of giant size, I can actually swallow them easily. They are a soft gel of high quality and do not have an odor at all. This stuff is a God send for people with periods. I order it as my free prow not even knowing what it was. I didn't really expect much. It arrived a day before my cycle and I thoue I wouldnt see any improvement until after atleast a month. LET ME TELL YOU... MY CYCLE WAS SHORTENED BUT A DAY AND A HALF!
